We are a trusted resource for adult counseling, children, family counseling, and couples looking for professional emotional and psychological support. Our diverse team specializes in anxiety, depression, life transitions, behavioral issues, trauma recovery, family dynamics, and addictions.
We are dedicated to offering easily adaptable and low-stress solutions that combine strategy for assisting with the many complex aspects and challenges that have become normal in our daily lives. Clients are encouraged and taught to learn about themselves actively and are challenged to explore new ways of being and thinking, all in a safe and comforting environment. We believe that sometimes life hurts, throws us curve balls, or becomes overwhelming. We are a place where you can have someone walk that journey with you
On staff, we have a brain health coach trained by the Amen Clinic, A licensed Psychologist, and personnel who are certified Life Coaches. We welcome everyone and, if established to be necessary, assist people with referrals to specialists through a triage process. However, we have a policy of helping everyone to work toward complete healing. We are all experienced and trained in such areas as trauma, anxiety, marriage challenges, communication skills, and multiple other areas. We use a generous sliding-free scale intending to make services available to all.
